Cannabis products (like Verma’s) with extremely low THC content are no longer subject to the Controlled Substances Act. Though state laws vary and CBD products cannot be marketed with health claims without FDA approval, federal regulations no longer forbid use of low-THC CBD products.

No! CBD interacts with cannabinoid receptors in the human brain differently than THC, the chemical responsible for cannabis intoxication.

CBD sensations vary from user to user. Some of the most-reported effects are a sense of calm and a lessening of sensations of pain or nausea. CBD does not alter users’ grasps on reality or create an euphoric or anxious high.

The health benefits of CBD are still under study, and CBD retailers cannot make health claims regarding CBD without FDA approval. The FDA has approved one CBD-based drug, Epidiolex, for treating severe seizure conditions. Early studies have tied CBD to symptoms improvement in a wide variety of conditions, but more studies are necessary to confirm and understand CBD’s relationship with these conditions.

There are few, if any, known risks associated with CBD. A small portion of CBD users have reported side effects such as dry mouth tiredness, diarrhea, appetite and weight changes, and increased liver enzyme levels. CBD may interact with certain medications. Inform your healthcare professional if you take CBD.

Shipping generally takes 2-3 days once the package has left our warehouse. Products may take up to 1-2 days to leave the warehouse for shipping. Expedited options may be available for a fee.

Yes. Verma will accept unopened products within 30 days of purchase. We will happily pay shipping costs when the return is due to our own mistake.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We offer free shipping from and to anywhere in the United States.

We offer international shipping to a limited number of countries. To find out if we ship to your country, start the checkout process, enter your address, and you'll be able to choose from a shipping method, if any,

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

For domestic customers, if you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@vermafarms.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@vermafarms.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
