  2. Add the graham crackers, sugar, and salt into  food processor or blender and pulse until it becomes a fine mixture. Add butter until everything is wet mixture.
  3. Transfer crumbs into a round pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 30 minutes or until it is  golden brown. Let it cool afterward. (Do not turn off oven yet.)
  5. Make the cheesecake filling by adding cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, vanilla, lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt in a stand mixer. Beat until you have a creamy, smooth mixture.
  6. Add eggs and heavy cream into mixture.
