  1. Add the first 9 ingredients into a 4-quart saucepan and whisk all together.
  2. Heat over medium-high till it just comes to a boil. Whisk often. Do not over-boil, or the milks will separate.
  3. Whisk in your CBD
  4. When hot, pour into 4 mugs and top with whipped cream.

  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tbsp creme fraiche
  • 800ml hot vegetable stock
  • Small handful of fresh coriander plus sprigs to garnish
  • zest and juice of 1 small unwaxed lemon
  • Thinly sliced red chili to garnish (optional)
  • Toasted squash seeds to garnish (optional) see Cook's tip
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • CBD Oil 

 Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200*C/fan 180*C/Gas 6. 
  2. Put the butternut squash and onions with 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large roasting tin and roast for 30 minutes, shaking the tin halfway through cooking until golden and softened.
  3. Heat the remaining oil in a large saucepan, add roasted squash, onion, garlic, and Thai green curry paste, and cook over high heat, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour over the stock and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour into a blender or whizz with a stick blender until smooth. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  6. Whizz the fresh coriander, lemon zest, 1 tbsp lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, CBD oil, and seasoning to taste.
  7. Swirl the crème fraiche and coriander oil through the top of the soup and garnish with coriander sprigs, red chili, and toasted seeds if liked.

Instructions

  1. While water is boiling, add 1 tablespoon of the salt and boil for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. 
  2. Melt the butter in a small saute pan over medium heat. Add the chives, basil, garlic and rosemary. Cook for 30 seconds or until the butter is fragrant.
  3. Heat the cream in a microwave for about 60 seconds. Alternatively, heat the cream in a small saucepan over high heat until little bubbles form around the edges—no need to boil the cream. 
  4. Drain the potatoes and push them through a potato ricer into a large mixing bowl. 
  5. Add the garlic-herb butter, half of the cream, salt and pepper, and the CBD Oil. Combine well with a whisk, mixing until just combined and fluffy.
